Responsibilities

As Payroll Coordinator you will work closely with our Payroll Lead and Payroll Administrator and be involved in all aspects of the payroll process. Your focus will be to support the team with all companies in the Benify group, including Sweden as well as our international companies.

As Payroll Coordinator, you will also:

- Collect and verify employee data and maintain our employee database

- Oversee employees’ time sheets

- Process payroll updates and changes

- Answer employees and managers' emails

We see that you got strong communication skills and a great service mindset, where you can describable complex things in an pedagogical way. You have an eye for details and numbers and are a planner at heart, as your work as Payroll Coordinator will have an direct impact on weather the salaries for our global workforce are correct or not. You got strong prioritization skills and being able to adapt to change is key as you often will manage multiple tasks and projects at once. To thrive at Benify, we also see that you enjoy working in a flexible and changing environment as we are on a growth journey. Managing global payroll is quite new to the team, so a big curiosity to learn new things will be essential to succeed!

We also see that you have:

- A vocational education in Payroll or a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources or similar

- Professional language proficiency in English, written and spoken

- Good Excel skills, especially in Pivot tables and VLookup

It's a ⭐, thus not a requirement if you also got...

- Experience working in Agda

- Previous experience working as Payroll Coordinator or similar

- Good language proficiency in Swedish
