Have you worked for a couple of years in an payroll specialist function and feel ready to take the next step in your career? Do you want to broaden your experience and gradually grow into a role as Payroll & HR Administrator? Then this challenge might be for you.

As Payroll & HR Administrator you will be responsible for the end to end processing of payroll for Thule Sweden AB?s 270 employees, ensuring that high standards of accuracy and quality are maintained. We work in the Payroll & HRM system Agda which you will be our systems administrator for. Apart from payroll you will support managers and employees in matters regarding benefits, HR policies and questions relating to our collective bargain agreement ? Teknikavtalet. You will also assist our HR Manager in other HR related tasks such as providing support & guidance to managers responsible for blue collar workers in new hire processing and onboarding activities, as well as work environment.

We are looking for a proactive and service minded Payroll & HR Administrator with a strong self-drive combined with a structured, professional approach and high level of integrity. Ability to easily communicate, good problem solving skills, a positive attitude and a cooperative mindset are other key ingredients in your personal profile. You have a degree from either Business or HR and relevant experience and knowledge to manage a payroll process independently, experience from collective bargain agreements towards both blue & white collar workers is a must, preferably Teknikavtalet. In addition you need to be fluent in Swedish and English and hold strong skills within the MS Office package, especially Excel. Experience and good knowledge from Agda is advantageous.
