We’re fast, both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of continental Europe, but we have no plans to stop anytime soon. As we continue to expand our product offering to new merchants and geographic regions, our logistical network and operations are getting increasingly complex.

About the role as a Payroll Specialist
We are constantly working to harmonize our working methods to become a central payroll department for the entire organization, today our entire payroll function is outsourced in our five markets, but at the end of 2023 and the beginning of 2024 we will bring home most of our Swedish payroll function - therefore we are now looking for a committed Payroll Specialist to strengthen our payroll team, which will consists of three Payroll Specialist and one Junior Payroll Coordinator, you will report directly to our Payroll Manager.

Some of your key responsibilities

Coordinate and quality-assure the salaries against our external payroll partners in our foreign companies

Ensure payroll services are processed in accordance with established policies, applicable laws, regulations and our CBA

Support managers and employees in questions regarding payroll

Operational responsibility for all aspects of payroll operations.

Work with ongoing development of the payroll processes with the aim of constantly improving and simplifying for our organization

Be responsible for the entire payroll function for our Swedish market, “från ax till limpa”.

Interpret our CBA and ensure that they are complied in the organization and in our salary calculations.

Check and reconcile payroll data from our pre-systems

Ensure that we pay the right salary at the right time

About you
We are looking for someone who has a relevant education within payroll and has worked for 2-3 years with payroll and therefore feel confident working with the entire payroll process. We believe this is the right role for you who want to continue building on your career in a slightly broader and more challenging role. As a person, you can work under pressure, prioritize and meet deadlines, you are efficient, accurate and a team player. You are also not afraid to take your own initiative and go outside the comfort zone when necessary.

In this role you need to be fluent in Swedish and English with written and verbal communication skills.

Relevant education within payroll

2-3 years of experience in payroll
