The role of the People & Culture department is to establish IKEA as a great place to work by attracting people who live our values, who are experts in life at home and who care about customers. Our assignment is also to support the business in ensuring development for all co-workers, inspiring them to perform and grow with IKEA. This we do by working in partnership with the business staff functions and actively contributing to the growth of business through people. We also secure that the appropriate HR processes and compliance are implemented.

We are now looking for a student that wants to join us for their internship within HR during the spring 2022! You will be part of highly motivated HR team and participate in the daily business as well as drive you own tasks and projects for you to learn and develop. Some of the areas of responsibility could be but are not limited to:
Review and improve job ads connected to our global employer branding guidelines
Take lead in recruiting our summer co-workers
Participate in local and/or global HR related projects
Support with general HR administration

Purchasing & Logistics Area North is one of 7 Purchasing & Logistics Areas in the world, and our co-workers are based in Älmhult, Dortmund, Kaunas and Moscow.
