We are a team of 12 colleagues, where a majority of us work as HR Business Partners supporting our managers. The rest of us work with finding our talents for the future and rehabilitation of our employees. Most of us have our head office as main location, but we also have one team member in Karlskrona and one in Fredrikshavn, Denmark. Since our current manager is leaving to pursue new challenges we are looking for someone who are ready to take on the challenge as People Manager Scandinavia and support us becoming even better!

What will you do?
As People Manager Scandinavia it is your responsibility to lead, develop and engage the HR team for our Scandinavian organisation. It is your mission to safeguard that all people aspects for people development, people processes, structures and business improvement initiatives are developed and executed within the organisation. With our company and HR strategy as your backbone you work together with your team to make Stena Line the employer of choice for our people. Most of our employees and managers work on our vessels, with a business that is up and running seven days a week all year round. In this role you also work closely to our head office and its functions.

Some of your key responsibilities:


• Safeguard a One HR approach and common processes within the HR & Talent team
• Develop and implement Stena Line’s strategic HR agenda and objectives within area of responsibility
• Safeguard collaboration, meeting structure and clear roles and responsibilities in relations to other HR functions in Scandinavia; IR, Manning, Payroll and HR Service Center
• Proactively manage and lead HR projects and development within area of responsibility
• Safeguard a high qualitative Employee Experience
• First point of contact for occupational health care
• Responsibility for strategic well-being initiatives
• Drive or participate in relevant developmental projects and initiatives for Stena Line Group
• Support in questions regarding labor law and collective bargaining agreements

The must-haves:


• Solid experience as an HR Business Partner from an operational organization with a strong union
• Previous experience as a leader
• Experience from labor law and interpret collective bargaining agreements
