As a Performance Engineer at the Stockholm office you’ll be working with people from diverse backgrounds who are passionate about what they do. We believe in releasing small and often, building for change and automating as much as possible. At Kindred there will always be exciting new technologies to explore and interesting problems to solve.


Experience in using frameworks and tools like Performance Center, Gatling, Jenkins, AppDynamics and Splunk
Familiar with analysing and troubleshooting in order to continuously improve the quality and performance of every release
Experience in using an automated framework based on Gatling and Jenkins, therefore the role will require focus on Gatling scripting, test executions and troubleshooting.
Familiar with problem solving methods like white-boarding, pair-programming and rubber-ducking.

Their performance testers are an integral part of the QA Team and work closely with the Development and Operations departments. This makes it possible for them to ensure the quality of our releases and to build a high availability infrastructure. For some development teams the daily work also includes performance testing of web sites and mobile apps.
