If you are considering the challenge of a new role in a rapidly growing global company, our Service Quality Management Centre is seeking a Performance Management Engineer to deliver excellent services to our customers together with our Managed Services Team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a great team and to develop and grow together with our company. Working as a Performance Management Engineer, you will be a member of the Quality Management Team which has the overall responsibility to ensure highest possible network quality for the end users.

Tasks and responsibilities include:

-  Daily/regular PM analysis of the network KPIs

-  Analyzing statistics and other data in order to identify service affecting faults in 2G, 3G and 4G RAN networks as well as for Core and VAS (SMS, MMS, Voicemail, Prepaid)

-  Perform trend analysis

-  General support in fault and trouble shooting in collaboration with other teams

-  Analyzing statistics and other data in order to identify possible degradations after implemented changes to the network

-  Providing statistics and analysis for problem investigations related to network quality

-  Customer report generation including assessment of the delivered KPIs

An ideal Performance Management Engineer will hold the following skills:

-  Excellent knowledge in mobile (2G,3G,4G) Telecom

-  Strong analytical skills

-  Strong communication skills and presentation skills

-  Fluent in written and spoken English

-  Bachelor or Master Degree in Telecommunications, engineering, technology or IT.

-  More than 5 years of working experience in Telecom, preferably in Performance Management

-  We expect you to have lots of energy and be able to handle stressful situations

-  Proficient in Huawei and NSN tools such as PRS (M2000) and Reporting Suite (NetAct)

Organization

The Performance Quality Management Engineer will be part of Service Quality Management Centre Team. The position is located in our Swedish office in Globen, Stockholm.
