Are you a skilled PHP front- and backend developer with at least 3 years working experience?

Do you like autonomy, independence and to see your work affect both the work environment quality of your colleagues and the company's financial health?

Can you handle a fast pace environment where you transform our common ideas into code?

Can you manage a development team with one hand and do selected parts of the development yourself with the other and at the same time aid our team with necessary day-to-day tweaks and fixes to keep the engines running?

--- Requirements ---

* Proficient in PHP for front- and backend development
* Up to date on modern web development (jQuery, CSS 3, html5)
* Good SQL knowledge
* Capacity to develop independently and manage a development team
* English speaking (Swedish is optional but favourable)


--- Desirable skills ---

* An analytic out-of-the-box mind for data processing, analysis and best-effort algorithms
* A mind for "business programming", meaning the ability to develop with both code elegance, end-user experience and financial result in mind


--- What will we be doing together? ---

We have been in online retail since the start in late December 2006. Ecommerce is rapidly changing and in order to keep up we rely more and more on clever algorithms on the backend side with automated procedures for big data gathering, market analysis, product creation, dynamic pricing and more.

On the frontend side we will continuously alter and improve our platforms (presently three different shops run on two back ends each with up to six regionalized storefronts). We aim to add a more shopper customized experience for our visitors requiring a non-traditional and exciting development mindset.

You will be the developer in charge to continue this evolution.

Scandianvian Luxury AB was founded by two computer engineers fresh out of school in late 2006. Initially we sold exclusive wristwatches on the Scandinavian market (www.Uret.se). We have since then added a wider product range, expanded to more markets and opened two more selling platforms for jewelry (www.Lamastone.com) and vintage watches (www.VintageWatchAgency.com).

We are currently nine people working in a free-from fashion from our spacious office on Götgatan in central Stockholm.
