Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Coordinator to join our Sustaining & Product Development Services department at the Cochlear BAS headquarters located in Mölnlycke, Sweden. Reporting to the Manager Sustaining and Product Development Services this role works locally with all departments as but also globally with other sites within Cochlear. The purpose of this position is to manage the use of the CBAS Windchill PLM system. In collaboration with Cochlear Limited and key stakeholders at Cochlear BAS, the PLM Coordinator will ensure the continuous development of the PLM System to meet the future needs of the business.

In this permanent role you'll have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to Cochlear's successful history by applying your guidance and have a responsibility for maintaining and enforcing product configuration and change management standards. The PLM Coordinator will ensure efficient operation and effective control of the device master records (DMR) and design history files (DHF) of all CBAS products to meet regulatory and business requirements.

Key Requirements:
University Degree or at least five years work experience
Communicative team player with a talent for working methodically and finding creative solutions
Coordination qualifications
Ability to value input and to learn from others and share knowledge
Experience in global collaboration
Good communication and presentation skills
Interest in documentation, procedures and reviews
Takes personal responsibility
Applies rules and procedures according to situations
Adapts actions to achieve organisation´s objectives
Demonstrates experience in capture user needs and translate them to System Requirements
Fluent in both Swedish and English
