Group Trucks Operations encompasses all production of the Group's engines and transmissions as well as all production of Volvo, Renault, Mack and UD trucks. Group Trucks Operations also includes spare parts supplies to the Group's customers as well as logistics.

Process & IT within Volvo Group Trucks Operations
GTO Process & IT execute and follow up on the Process & IT long term plan and strategic roadmap within Group Trucks Operations being responsible for Process Management and development of GTO owned processes and development of related Business Solutions. The function consolidates, decides and executes all Process & IT demands from the business and is responsible for Information Architecture, Information Model and Master Data Management

We are now looking for a PMO in STRIPE in P&IT GTO

Role mission & context
As STRIPE PMO you have a key role in one of the three biggest projects that we are currently running at GTO P&IT. STRIPE is aiming for deploying the global trucks appointed IT solutions in GTO plants around the world. Sub roll-out projects are currently delivering in EMEA, US and APAC.

You will belong to Business Change Support team (BCS) with other colleagues seen as key talents in Project Management, PRD Business Consulting and change managers black belt. You will report to BCS line manager and functionally to the Chief program manager of STRIPE.

Key responsibilities
- Risk Management Plan for SCM Program implemented.
- Be involved into Right Staffing Process and ensure that Follow up tools in place at STRIPE level. Face Cost and Headcount pressure in that matter.
- Make sure that overall SCM Budget is secured.
- Ensure that Business Objective Management is re-enforced in the Program
- install KPI and FPI in Implementation Projects
- Earned Value Management at Program Level
- Contribution to STRIPE Dashboard and VPM (Visual Performance mgmt.)
- Secure with financial partners and STRIPE project managers that overall STRIPE Budget is secured.
- Follow up and maintain STRIPE Road Map, Scorecard and connect it to Budget and Capacity implications.
- Ensure Program admin 2.0 : Team-place Management / Collaboration tools, support on on/off boarding.
- Related questions regarding Project Management is answered by the PMO.
- Make proposals to improve team work at program level.
- Address workload vs capacity.

PMO is a key position to ensure the right control over STRIPE program and therefor on GTO P&IT deliveries.
