Polish speaking business consultants, accounting

Do you have a degree in business administration and economics with an accounting profile and like to travel? Then you have the possibility to kick start your career as a trainee! We are currently recruiting business consultants within accounting to iStone. You will participate in an international trainee program that integrates education with practical experience and mentorship.

The program integrates education with practical experience and mentorship. You will receive extensive training in the ERP-system Infor M3 and the goal is that you and your new colleagues shortly thereafter will be able to work as junior business consultants in international projects. As a business consultant you act as the connecting link between the customer?s environment and the ERP-system. You will work with implementations of Infor M3 and develop sustainable solutions for efficient business processes.

Examples of what you will be working with:
* Help customers make the business flow within finance/accounting more efficient during implementation projects
* Understand the customer?s needs and find solutions that comply with these needs
* Educate and help the customer during the implementation
* Gradually manage project of varying size for customers in different countries

After the trainee program you will be a part of an international roll-out project. This project will run over a two year period and thereafter you will either continue working for this international customer or within iStone with other projects. During these first two years you will be travelling a couple of weeks at a time and you will be at your home office about one week per month.

REQUIREMENTS
* University degree within business administration and economics with accounting orientation.
* You are eager to work with business processes
* Fluent in English and Polish, both spoken and written
* Swedish (Considered an additional qualification)

It?s an advantage if you have previous experience of working with Infor M3 or any other major ERP-system.

You are an outgoing problem solver with excellent social skills. You like taking responsibility for your projects and personal development. We also believe you are responsive with attention to details and that you have an instructional approach.

START: February 2014
