Your role in the team
You get the possibility to become a part of Atea and our national team of IT-infrastructure. You will give technical support to enterprise customers in an international environment which will put your communication and pedagogical skills to the test. Daily operations will be handled through phone and remote connection, which means that you will be able to handle most incidents at first contact. You will encounter various IT related issues stretching from the company?s internal applications to all kinds of Windows related issues on the different platforms.

We are looking for someone who is:
- Curious; you are curious to learn and willingly accept new challenges.
- Responsible; you take responsibility for your daily work, the customer and Atea.
- Service minded; you are all about giving the best possible service to customers and the people you work with.

To succeed in the role as Service desk analyst you will need to have:
- A natural interest for IT in general.
- Good communication and pedagogical skills.
- Portuguese, English and Swedish fluency, both in speech and writing

Desirable:
- IT orientated education
- Previous work experience of Service Desk support
- If you know even more languages then what is required
