PR, Assistant & Brewtrainee

Being a new craft brewery, Brewski is positioning itself in the booming and competitive niche of craft beers and therefore needing to develop its brand for both internal and external markets.

As Brewski prepares to launch itself overseas, there is need for someone with importing/exporting experience, preferably within the food and beverages trade.

We need a public relations person with strong communication skills to represent our brand through media and events as well.

We are looking for a candidate with specific beer background to be able to assist us with brewery tours and tastings held in our facilities. You should be interested in taking part as a brewtrainee to learn the process in full.

As we prepare the next stage of our expansion, which includes the opening of a brewpub adjacent to the brewery, we are looking for someone who will assist with project planning.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have -
- Great communication skills, both in writing and public speaking;
- Fluent level of English (other languages considered a BIG plus);
- Beer communication skills (familiarity with vocabulary specific to the industry);
- Beer background (homebrewing or brewery work);
- Familiarity with beer, brewing ingredients as well as methods and equipments;
- Knowledge of craft beer market (breweries, brands, concepts, etc.);
- Import/ export general knowledge;
- Food and beverage experience is a plus;
- Events and project coordination;

Education/ Experience:
- 2 years of homebrewing / brewery experience
- Any type of graduation is a plus.

Time offered: Part-time 50%*
