PR/Community manager + Copywriter at Bemz

Job Description
We are looking for a creative individual with strong PR/community management experience as well as copywriting skills to join our team. The role of the PR/Community manager and Copywriter is to develop and implement Bemz communications strategy in collaboration with relevant staff, ensuring that the organisation targets key influencers as well as the general public while staying true to the brand. S/he will also be responsible for raising awareness of Bemz, its products and brand through online media and will work closely with the Marketing Manager on PR activities.
The PR/Community manager and Copywriter will report to the Marketing Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and writing content for blogs, external articles and press, newsletters and webpages.
- Running our social media channels by posting fresh and engaging content, as well as participating/creating conversations, identifying advocates and running competitions.
- Assist with the development of a community strategy for social media channels to raise the Bemz profile.
- Building relationships with fans and influencers, respond to fan and customer queries/concerns/problems with quality solutions and support.
- Working closely with the team to understand, participate in and support on-going marketing and campaign activities.
- Understanding and reporting on the community?s health and progress through qualitative and quantitative feedback/insight.
- Carry out other general communications and marketing tasks that may arise in the marketing team
- Manage/Assist in PR activities including coordinating and delivery of press samples, supporting press releases and alerts, respond to media and image bank requests, organise events.
- Create placement activities and press release send-outs, including proactive follow up to prioritised press in Sweden.
- Provide monthly press activity reports

- Is plugged into social media and always knows what?s going on;
- Well-spoken and great at interacting with people, both online and offline;
- Has exceptional writing skills;
- Cares about how people will react and are willing to find resolutions;
- Self-driven and has great organisational skills: you?re good at prioritising tasks and managing your time.

The Ideal Candidate Has:
- Excellent command of the English and Swedish languages; German or French a bonus
- Experience with developing and maintaining an online community;
