Principal Project Management

Work with cross-functional teams to define, manage, and drive programs from scope definition to market availability. Proactively manage project timeline, deliverables and issue resolution. Identify and mitigate risks. Properly define the project?s objectives and oversee the quality control throughout its life cycle.

Essential Job Functions:

? Direct and manage project development from beginning to end
? Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
? Adhere to the Agile and SCRUM methodology, effectively managing backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint development, sprint demos, retrospectives, etc.
? Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
? Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
? Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
? Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
? Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
? Track project milestones and deliverables
? Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
? Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas
? Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
? Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle


Education: BA/BS Degree required; certified SCRUM Master preferred

Required Experience:
? 5+ years of project management experience
? 2+ years of experience with Agile methodology

Preferred Experience:
? Online/Interactive experience
? Technology/software development experience
? Experience working in a smaller company or startup environment
? International experience and/or work with remote offices
? Gaming industry experience in program management

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

? Intra and inter program prioritization, scheduling, issue resolution, risk mitigation, change management and cost control
