Job Description
We are looking for a Print Design Lead to Monki (women’s) within the Assortment team at Weekday. The Assortment department consists of Weekday Woman, Weekday Man & Monki Woman.
As a Print Design Lead, you are overall responsible for the creative (graphic) vision for the customer offering to secure the best prints for our target customer to generate long-term responsible growth.
You lead & inspire the print design team and you play a key role in the assortment team and in the creative team. You will be reporting to our Head of Design.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Research, create & implement clear and inspiring print directions for the best customer offering
Identify seasonal print keys, new print directions as well as new relevant techniques for our target customer
Secure relevance, timing & balance (commerciality/newness) of print assortment for our customer
Lead, guide & inspire print designers & ensure close collaboration & alignment within the creative team.
Drive the graphic expression in our physical and digital channels (stores, social media, online), together with relevant stakeholders within Brand / Customer Experience.
Constantly follow, react & identify print assortment opportunities and risks, based on selling, customer insights & surrounding analysis
Overall responsible for print policy/legal approval



Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years working as a designer and at least 2-3 years in a leading design role.
Leadership is key as you lead, inspire & empower in your daily work.
You are a creative & visionary.
Strong fashion intelligence combined with a strong sense of commerciality.
A strong Customer focus for this specific CTA (Youth Customer).
Collaborative, flexible and communicative is a key to team success and know how to set a strategy and how to implement it in a successful way
