About the job You will be responsible for the management and continous improvements of Swedbank's Privacy Framework, i.e. the documentation, processes and principles for data protection and GDPR.

What you need to succeed We are looking for you who either has a law degree with senior knowledge and experience about GDPR and currently is working i.e. as a lawyer or DPO, Compliance. Or you who is a certified GDPR expert with senior experience. You have experience from a GDPR program. You also have professional ability for analysis and an excellent ability for drafting and describing legal issues in an understandable way for non experts both in text and orally. Your Swedish and English is fluent – both written and spoken.

What you may have worked with previously Privacy Lawyer, DPO, Compliance Officer, Specialist in a DPA
You have previously worked in legal or compliance or as a lawyer or GDPR expert or consultant.

Why work with us? Group Privacy is a newly established function working with supporting Swedbank Group with data protection issues, in particular GDPR. When working with the framework, the legal experience is important since we are describing, analyzing and determining on legal issues for the Group in relation to GDPR.

When working with us your ability for legal analysis will therefore be challenged and improved as well as your ability to draft proper instructions, guidelines and principles. Further, you will be working in a small group of people in a friendly environment which encourages your own responsibility without leaving you on your own.
