We are now looking for our next Process Analytics Engineer to our Nordic Business Center in Gamlestaden, Gothenburg. The purpose of the job is to drive and help deliver operational improvements at our manufacturing sites through utilization of digital tools and data analytics. Main responsibilities
As a Process Analytics Engineer you will establish- and maintain a strong collaboration effort between the different focus sites in scope, the regional team you are part of, and other (regional) teams. You will also contribute to the overall Process Automation & Digital roadmap by capturing and driving operational improvements at our manufacturing sites. Other responsibilities include to provide, build, and share digital, analytical- and process control capabilities and other relevant domain expertise


Qualifications
This job requires that you have good project leadership- and presentation skills. It is also essential that you are able to effectively interact with individuals and department in all levels of the organization. To succeed in this role we believe that are a team player and cross functional cooperator. We also see that you are performance driven and have the ability to impart knowledge and learn quickly.
Other qualifications include:
Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or other technology related engineering field (Min. BSc, preferred MSc)
Documented domain skills with minimum of three years of experience and passion for plant optimization, data analytics, automation, and process control.
Experienced in providing operational improvements in a challenging (chemical) manufacturing environment.
Has led projects in general (including stakeholder management) and participated as domain expert in several projects.
Being able to handle multi-cultural and diverse environments
Open to innovation, change and ability to work in a flexible work environment
Strong computer- and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written

This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to the Team Lead Process Analytics Engineer, and based in Gothenburg.
