HemoCue R&D is strengthening and deepening its competencies. We are looking for a

Process Development Program Manager

experienced in medical device product development as project manager or equivalent to manage our product development portfolio process.  You will be a central hub in the cross-functional communication with the functions involved; Operations, Marketing, Sales, Finance, QA/RA and R&D.  You will prepare and facilitate the portfolio planning group and project steering group meetings.  You will also be a go-to person for information for senior management in corporate reporting and strategic planning. Another important duty will be as coordination of the daily management of the R&D organization.  We expect you to be an excellent communicator and an extremely process oriented person with a passion to encompass and deploy the Danaher Business System.  Your main communication language will be English, and we expect near native level skills both in speaking and writing.  You will report to the VP R&D and be part of the R&D leadership team.  You will be placed in
Ängelholm, Sweden.  The position of Process Development Program Manager is a fantastic opportunity to gain comprehensive experience and understanding of the workings and cross-functional interactions of an R&D organization.

 

Qualifications
We believe that the following formal qualifications will improve your chances of success:

* MSc or the equivalent in a suitable field of engineering or science
* Experience from Medical Device industry, Project Management and Process Development
* Excellent Communication skills in English, Swedish is a plus
* IT knowledge necessary for managing financial and process data, reporting and communication
