To be successful in this position, we believe you have the following:
• Change management experience within Source-to-Pay process
• Strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes
• Good understanding of process development and visualisation methodology
• General understanding of how to assess, analyse and mitigate risks in a business environment
• Good understanding of data flows, new technologies, analytics, and their wide-ranging application in a business context
• Experience in creating and implementing change initiatives and managing stakeholders
• Good in grasping the customer needs, demands and expectations on the markets and evaluating the fit-gap to a global blueprint
A day in your life with us
As our Process Development Specialist, you will co-lead the design and implementation of our procurement Source-to-Pay processes to secure fit for purpose, standardized and automated ways of working and ensure continuous improvements of our processes with relevant stakeholders.
More specifically, you will be responsible for the following:
• Provide advice to process design- and or improvement initiatives and prepare basis for decision
• Coordinate, assess and analyse business benefit of identified process improvement potentials
• Review the implementation and establishment of the process including ways of working, identifying competence development needs and process business development orientation within Ingka Group
• Collaborate with relevant functions and matrixes in process development and improvement projects (IT tools).
• Secure consistency and interdependencies in the process development toward other connected processes
• Review, analyse and continuously develop the process documentation according to defined framework (process maps, working methods, task descriptions, measurement specifications and learning material, …)
• Handle performance measurement and follow up (KPIs)
• Support cross-organisational readiness and continued business growth in terms of competence, performance, and succession through enabling an end-to-end approach
This position is based in Malmö, Sweden and please note that we are unable to offer relocation support for this opportunity.
