As Process & Systems Leader
-Lead small group of people within CAD/PDM in a subset of Region Europe.
-Plan and adjust schedule and resource in that area
-Provide guideline for some projects or activities

Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities:
-Plan for a specific project with detail activities, schedule and resource
-Prioritize within the specific area
-Assign tasks to each person
-Propose several alternatives with pros and cons
-Provide guideline for the members
-Keep track of the progress of activities or projects
-Manage Issue/tracking log
-Manage Risks and provide mitigating actions
-Following the standard?s methodology
-Lead Smaller Projects
-Provide Support

Education/Professional Qualifications required for the position:
-Bachelor?s Degree in IT or Engineering and 8+ years related experience OR
-Non-Bachelor?s Degree with 12+ years related experience
