Your mission
In this position, your main responsibility is to create and implement an IT plan that aligns with the overall strategy of the product area – where further digitalization and the move towards more automation/AI set new requirements within the global IT Service Desk.
This includes:
Increased focus on flow-control and strategic utilization of expertise in complement to automation.
Enhanced expertise and requirements for suppliers of technical platforms.
Development of new global channels and capabilities, such as chat, virtual agents, and live translation of local languages.
Data-driven working methods and active collaboration with stakeholders to improve quality and reduce ticket volumes.
Setting the mission, vision, and strategy for your team, and communicating and maintaining a clear vision, objectives, and roadmap for the overall Product Area.
Being responsible for setting up the Product Area structure with underlaying managers and specialists.

You manage a team of professionals and provide guidance, support, and mentorship to drive their professional growth and development. To ensure productive and efficient working relationships you collaborate with external vendors and partners.
The location for this position is in Sandviken or Stockholm with presence on site at least three days a week.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a university degree in a relevant field and experience in a leading position similar to this one. You have good knowledge of application operations and/or data center operations, and we value your interest in leading managers. As we’re a global organization, excellent English skills, both written and verbal, is required. Knowledge in Swedish is a plus.
To be a good fit for this position, you’re analytical with strategic thinking and business-oriented mindset. Stakeholder management with a focus to build business area relationships is very important. You enjoy an open and agile work environment, and you view challenges as a good way of growing and developing. Add to that excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to influence and motivate others, and you have a great chance of succeeding even more in this role.
