The primary objective of this role is to supervise the delivery of new products and releases from the point of initial internal handover from Development to 100% finished solution in the market place.

We require a practical hard working individual who has excellent documentation skills to help create a new department within MSAB under the Communications portfolio. The role will become part of a brand new team responsible for delivering new releases and products to market.

Sitting between the Development and Sales Departments, you will become the intermediary to ensuring finished products are delivered to market with a fully documented help file, quick-start guide and appropriate branding and packaging to ensure the best possible customer experience.

You will also listen to and collate customer improvement requests, to ensure they are fed into the development department in a structured manner which is balanced and appropriate to meet the company?s long term strategic goals.

This role requires excellent administrative, document writing and project planning skills. On a day to day basis you will be expected to help improve the existing product Help Files, have input into the content of Training Materials and help the Marketing Department develop key technical arguments to help differentiate XRY from the competition.

The Purpose of This Role:

1. Take responsibility for project co-ordination as directed by the Communications Director
2. Ensure suitable and up to date documentation is in place for all our products
3. Provide advice and assistance to training, marketing and sales staff for technical enquiries
4. Identify opportunities for product improvements and feed that back to Development


Principal Daily Duites & Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintaining a detailed project schedule of administrative tasks for the projects.
2. Participation in Development, Training, Production, Marketing & Sales Team Meetings.
3. Advise on timetables and potential delays to projects with estimates for delivery
4. Record keeping and filing of all project documents (hard and soft copies)
5. Gather all project information: schedules, data requests, assignments, tasks, and meetings.
6. Work with development team to understand and assist with tracking project assignments.
7. Monitor and modify project schedule as assigned, assisting the Production department.
8. Maintain document control, track project activities and team communication.
9. Assist department leads in strategic meetings and follow up with meeting notes.
10. Schedule project follow up meetings and publish communications to project stakeholders
11. Maintain good communication with developers, support and production departments to assure timely and efficient completion of tasks and proper documentation.
12. Process customer improvement requests to ensure we are meeting customer needs
13. Keep the sales department updated on product development progress
14. Develop Project KPIs for management reporting information
15. Write Help Files, Get Started Guides and assist with documentation to support sales


Required Competencies:

1. Strong written and oral communication skills in English (both written and verbal) is essential
2. You must be able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environments
3. Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines as required
4. Attention to detail combined with the ability to plan ahead is essential
