We're looking for a Product designer who is both a design thinker and a craftsperson, able to thoughtfully contribute within a team environment. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and team-working skills and be able to lead the ideation and conceptual thinking through to the final visual execution within a User-Centred Design process. Your design work is clean, focused, and inspiring to others. You never tire of asking "Why is it this way?" and "How can it be better?"

Responsibilities

- Create engaging, usable, and user-centred design solutions that work to achieve user goals.
- Collaborate effectively with a group of creative individuals to produce highly polished and professional finished works.
- Give and solicit feedback from other designers in order to continually raise our bar for quality.
- Ability to understand user needs, motivations and behaviours and translate them into actionable deliverables.



Requirements

- Submitting a Strong portfolio in Product Design is a must; show us you know how to create an experience; please indicate your mcontribution for each project submitted.
- Strong conceptual thinking.

- Must be a self-starter who will bring original ideas and fresh approaches to each project they work on.

- Must be an ego-free, thick-skinned person who can take and give clear feedback.

- Know when to have pixel-perfect attention to detail and when to opt for low-fi design to optimise workflow and process.

- Create actionable designs and graphics assets.

- Expertise with drawing tools, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Omnigraffle.
