Would you like to make an impact? We are now looking for a Product Developer to join our Conventional Wound Care team.
As a Product Developer in our Conventional Wound Care category team, you develop new and/or improved wound care products based on knowledge in customer insight, processes and materials according to Mölnlycke business strategy. This includes new properties based on design solutions, new materials or technologies with the purpose of delivering the best outcome for our customers.
This is a full-time permanent position based in Gothenburg.
Your role
As a Product Developer you will
Translate customer and business needs into product specifications.
Lead or participate in new product development, line extensions and change management to meet customer and business needs.
Develop product documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. Medical Device Directive or FDA’s QSR) and Mölnlycke’s Quality Management System.
Define and specify needs for test method development.

Your qualifications
Academic background in Engineering or Life Science (Bachelor or Master Degree) or corresponding experience.
Minimum 3 years’ experience from R&D in the Medical Device Industry.
Knowledge and experience from Design Control (including quality assurance activities or regulatory requirements).
Experience within the technology area is considered an advantage (materials, biotechnology or chemistry)

It is essential having a good ability to structure and prioritize your work, as you will be involved in several cross-functional projects at various stages of development.
