The Product Development Practice, part of our customers l Operations Practice, advises leading companies in all industries on a wide range of issues in product development.

Your role:

As a consultant in product development/value engineering, you will work in teams with colleagues and clients from various industries. You will develop concrete product improvements in design-to-cost and design-to-market projects and contribute to creating innovative product ideas. You will design new product development processes based on the principles of lean R&D and will work jointly with clients on putting the changes into practice. Along with working on client projects, you will have the opportunity to contribute to refining our methods and consulting concepts and thus continually expand your expertise.

Your profile:

- You have professional experience in product develop-ment, product optimization/value analysis, leading R&D projects, or in technical supplier management
- You have an excellent university degree with a technical focus
- You combine deep technical knowledge with outstanding analytical skills
- You are extremely interested in technical solutions and problem solving in a wide array of industries
- You possess great drive and creativity, and work well both on your own and in a team
- You are confident, enthusiastic, personable, and mobile
- You are able to convince others through your written or spoken communication in swedish, as well as in English
