Axis is now looking for a Product Introduction Manager to join our Product Management Team.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As Product Introduction Manager you will be instrumental in the internal launch of our products and work in close cooperation with product managers, sales managers and product marketing. Your focus will be on our sales organization and providing them with insightful information about the products, our competitors, possible sales pitches and other relevant information for each market segment. You will work in a small team of introduction managers and you will need to have a good understanding of our technology as well as a deep understanding of sales of complex products and systems.

You are expected to create compelling, comprehensive and technically correct material well adapted to the intended target groups. You will mainly deliver the material through online webinars and occasionally through live presentations at internal kick-offs and at tradeshows.

The role involves travelling, up to 30 days a year.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a driven and structured individual with experience and talent in launch management, sales and product management. We believe you have a service minded attitude and that you are practical when it comes to technical matters as you will need to have some hands-on experience to truly understand our products and the challenges our customers are facing. It is of great value if you have experience from working with IP video technology and/or Axis video products.

You have great social skills and an ability to manage and perform in a multi-cultural environment with predominantly international contacts. You are always open to customers and colleagues, contributing to a good team spirit and a productive environment. Furthermore we believe you have:

* At least 5 years work experience.
* A pedagogic approach, both spoken and written, when explaining technical matters
* Experience from technical and product communication, e.g. as technical writer or product marketing manager
* Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
* Swedish language skills: not essential, but a distinct advantage.

THE PRODUCT INTRODUCTION MANAGEMENT TEAM
The team provides product related information internally to the sales organization, which includes account managers, sales engineers and technical service engineers located in our regional offices around the world. The information ranges from deep technical details to competitor comparisons and other information relevant for the sales organization.
