Product Line Manager

We are looking for one Product Line Manager - Autoclave systems

Work description:

* Become Puregas Solutions Product Champion/ Product Line Manager for proposed new Product: Waste pre-treatment for Anaerobic Digestion (AD) processing - Autoclave systems.
* Oversee development of new product line - Autoclave Systems.
* Be Puregas - technical expert regarding the Autoclaves and associated equipment, control systems, heat integration, system integration.
* Be Puregas - technical expert regarding the Autoclave process, biogas yield optimization, operational efficiency and energy usage optimization.
* Oversee process yield measurement, testing/analysis and optimization.
* Oversee design of process and system, equipment and control systems, documentation, mainly through the use of subcontract suppliers.
* Work closely with multiple external suppliers to ensure effective system level integration, generate equipment/component specifications.
* Provide cost information and monitor cost development, contribute to budgeting, forecasting and project cost development.
* Develop good relationships with clients.
* Develop good relationships with multiple suppliers of components, equipment and services.
* Support the Sales organisation with cost calculations, technical information and marketing material.
* Support Project Managers before and during installation and commissioning.
* Defining Aftermarket requirements for service and maintenance.

Educational and professional background:

* Multi-disciplined, experienced engineer with proven background.
* Experience of AD processing, equipment and operations.
* Experience with autoclaves and/or pressure vessels and associated equipment and systems, ideally within the waste management/AD industry.
* Experience of control systems, ideally for autoclaves, pressure vessels, and associated equipment.
* Experience dealing with suppliers and customers on a technical and commercial level.
* Project management experience.
* Familiar with safety requirements and regulations, documentation requirements and operating procedures for pressure vessels and associated equipment.
* International experience.
* English speaking and writing.
* Swedish and other European languages is an advantage

* Team player, also able to work under own initiative.
* Willing and wanting to take ownership and development of a new technical product line.

Other:

* Ideally based in Kalmar.
* Some travel involved - short term visiting suppliers, customers etc.
