Product Line Manager - Customer Experience (CX), Parts and Services Division (PSD)

We are taking the next step to increase focus on customer experience and are looking for a candidate with a can-do mindset to take the customer profile point of view for the complete PSD offering. This include tools and solutions to ensure the customer experience are logical and consist of value added scalable aftermarket packages differentiated per customer profile.

Your mission
This is a role that requires an entrepreneurial mindset to build customer solution concepts and strategies around key areas such as Digitalization, Additive manufacturing (3D printing) and remote monitoring based on data through telematics infrastructure. In addition the role is expected to take a complete customer perspective on how we serve the customers from divisional perspective and drive these topics towards other functions.

Products and concepts
* Lead the customer perspective on; 3D printing, Apps, Software, Remote monitoring (Telematics & data), consignment stock, external training, Docmine, OSMI virtual warehouses, Simulators, and other new experience products / tools.
* Define levels of recommended aftermarket packages when customer buy a machine
* Connectivity need per customer profile
* Digitalization


When the customer experience solution packages grow the candidate in this role is expected to build up his / her own team during the journey. Therefore this is an opportunity for a candidate that have proven product management, mining and construction customer experience or other relevant strategic business skills and would like to grow further into leadership positions.
You will also ensure alignment and synergies with other Epiroc CX related initiatives by collaborating with Ignite organization and other relevant stakeholders actively driving group wide CX strategies & initiatives.

Your profile
We are looking for a dynamic, structured and result oriented person with an openness to changes and who works proactively. In order to be successful, you must have a high level of personal drive, have good ability for relationship building and change management. You have a blend of business and marketing and a technical understanding of mining and rock excavation equipment.

This position requires a good team player, and ability to work closely with colleagues and present performance results to management.

Degree on university level in business or engineering or other relevant background and experience is required. Good command of English along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Garland, USA
You will be working for the Parts & Services division (PSD) based in Örebro, Sweden. With the right candidate the position is flexible and can be based in one of our other hubs Garland; USA. Occasional travel is required.
