Product Line Manager - Workforce Management

Calabrio is looking for a highly motivated Manager to lead the WFM Product Management Team. Calabrio is an innovative, fast-paced, growing software company that delivers integrated workforce optimization software for today’s multi-channel contact centers. We are in an exciting growing phase and now is an excellent time to take on a leadership role in a global software organization.


About the job
Act as the ultimate responsible for our Workforce Management product area
Manage a team of product owners and product experts and be responsible for competence development and recruitment to this team
Be a product evangelist, close to the market, spending a majority of your time with customers and our global sales team
Interact with development leadership to improve processes and decide on priorities
Be part of the Product Management leadership team, responsible for the growth and health of the whole Calabrio ONE suite of products 
Own the long-term vision and roadmap of the product and regularly meet with the executive team to present the health of the product and plans to improve it.
Identify product gaps, generate new ideas and influence investment decisions to improve product capabilities. Manage milestones, deliverables and launches.
You will monitor and improve metrics such as revenue, growth, bookings, delivery-times, customer satisfaction and support-status. Ultimately, you will be responsible for the P&L for the product area



About you
You have around 10 years of experience in Product Management, including competitive analysis and strategy planning
You have a Bachelor´s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Management or similar
Experience in contact center, unified communicates, workforce planning and management solutions
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English
You are a born seller, with experience from B2B sales processes
Experience in advanced B2B software industry 
Experience working with and understanding various platforms and technologies and Markets (ACD, PBX, CRM, Mar-tech, CX, QM, WFM, WEM, WFO, CTI etc.)
