Job Summary:
Are you looking for new business challenges? Do you want to be a part of developing of new business models growing our parts business while creating value for our customers?
We are looking for a sales driven Product Manager to join our Product Management team within the Parts and Uptime Center of Expertise function. As a Product Manager, you will support our parts and offering development as well as driving the sales in the European and International distribution network. You define and implement the product strategies in close cooperation with the Market areas, Regions, Technology, Purchasing and other Global functions. As a product manager, you will follow up and analyse parts sales and potential, develop commercial activities that drive the business and act on the product's performance.
In this role you will be responsible for our Remanufactured components business. You are an active contributor in a cross-functional team driving the business requirements into strategies and sales results through close cross-functional and cross-company cooperation.
At Volvo, we have a strong focus on sustainability and circular economy, where our remanufacturing program already is a large contributor. We expect this to continue to expand and develop providing a great opportunity to develop both the business and yourself.

You are dedicated to customer success with ability to build deep understanding of customer needs and bring it down to real roadmaps and actions
We see that you have the capability to take the customers’ needs and translate into market requirements towards new product development for our future services and offerings.
You are a team player and collaborative spirit, to be able to communicate your vision and lead by influence both towards senior staff of our dealers as well as across regions.
You have the ability to inspire others and to work and lead cross functionally to get the job done.
Other experience and knowledge required:
Relevant degree in engineering and/or business or comparable experience
Strong commercial mind-set and end-to-end understanding of our distribution
Knowledge and understanding in the business modelling and ability to describe, analyse and design business models
Excellent communication skills paired with a holistic view
Analytic and structured work approach in order to set right priorities
Strong drive combined with excellent social and networking skills
Ability to establish and develop relations with other units within Volvo CE and partners and customers
Self-assured and motivated
