Product Manager Coated, Uncoated paper and Board Scandinavia - Antalis

For this role we are seeking for a strategic and driven Product Manager able to build a strong product assortment and develop sales through impactful, targeted Marketing activities and proactive support to the sales teams in the 3 Scandinavian countries.



Your overall key responsibilities will be to:


Contribute to the definition of Antalis product strategy and choice of key global initiatives for Coated and Uncoated Paper, and Board in the Scandinavian region.
Agree on ambitious yet realistic sales target with country sales management and general management.
Elaborate, together with the Marketing team, a segmented Marketing plan addressing both Print customers and Prescribers (Agencies and Brand owners).
Act as a liaison with HQ teams for the local implementation of group initiatives.
Support Sales teams in Sweden, Denmark and Norway with innovative and impactful campaigns.
Support back selling teams in Sweden, Denmark and Norway with relevant marketing tools and targeted events.
Monitor return on investment of marketing activities through sales development and market penetration KPIs.
Develop market knowledge & insight on Creative Paper (market size, influencers, and trends).
Ensure product information are pushed on the different marketing and sales channels in a consistent and accurate way.
Support purchasing teams in liaising with suppliers to ensure that the product strategy is secured.
Optimise inventory of Coated, Uncoated Paper and Board in the region in order to reduce working capital whilst guaranteeing good service level to customers.


Regular travel to the 3 Scandinavian countries will be expected. 

You will report to Marketing Director Nordic, Baltic and Russia.

Who you are

The ideal candidate will be capable of working in a cross-functional/cross-country role between the Sales, Marketing and Purchasing departments with an influencing leadership at all levels in order to drive and manage the development of the sales of Coated and Uncoated paper, and Board in Scandinavia. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills on:

Qualifications

You are fluent in English and speak at least one of the Scandinavian languages. Approximately five years relevant work experience and a relevant academic degree.
