Job Description
Are you an accomplished Product Manager looking to amplify your impact in the world of tech and fashion? Join us at H&M as a Product Manager for our Fulfill Insight product team, where your expertise will drive the usage of data and AI. In this role, your mastery of product management will enable you to operate autonomously, making you an indispensable asset to our team.
Role Overview: As a Product Manager, you will harness your experience and skills to own business-critical parts of our products. Your autonomy and expertise will shine as you navigate interactions with stakeholders across Tech and Logistics, steep yourself in data about our Supply Chain, and experiment relentlessly to validate new concepts. You'll embody the role of a product manager while playing a pivotal role in cross-functional initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Drive the data and AI agenda in collaboration with your team and colleagues.
Drive cross-functional collaboration, actively participating in initiatives beyond your product scope.
Deliver quality work on time, identifying and tracking metrics that lead to actionable insights.
Utilize rapid experimentation to learn, iterate, and consistently improve.
Translate insights into actionable strategies, turning hypotheses into driving forces for innovation.
Set strategy with a focus on innovation and disruption, identifying durable competitive advantages.
Champion the product vision, presenting it compellingly to stakeholders and internal/external audiences.
Mentor and coach team members, demonstrating leadership and fostering a culture of data awareness.



Qualifications
3+ years of product experience
Possess a command of core Product Management principles, including data analysis, prioritization, cross-team collaboration, and stakeholder management.
Leverage your expertise to support and elevate your colleagues, broadening your impact on the business



It is a bonus if you also have:
Experience from managing Warehouse and/or Supply Chain data sets
