Product Manager, ID and Risk

At the core of our business, our risk domain enables checkout identification and risk assessment on each transaction. We are a hyper growth company and have a high paced environment of constant change. We are therefore looking for someone who understand and is passionate about the trends in online identification and e-commerce payments/risk, likes to work close to the technology, has solid product management skills founded in a KPI driven, prototype discovery driven approach, and is not afraid to challenge existing solutions while growing our platform to the next level.

Your Responsibilities
- Be the product manager responsible for Klarna?s identification and risk platform services
- Own and deliver on your domain?s product vision, product principles, KPIs and team's roadmap (and accompanying backlog)
- Be an expert of the client domain - online consumer identification, risk/underwriting and fraud management
- Work closely with our Klarna Checkout team and internal risk department in developing the future of consumer identification, fraud and risk systems
- Provide requirements in the form of epics, user stories and prototypes
- Lead and inspire a team of experienced developers to make sure you (as a group) do the right thing. In other words, partner closely with the engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as execution schedule.
- Collect usage data for your parts of the platform, to be used for analytics, debugging and decision-making
- Identify opportunities for improvement, and execute on these via prototype validation

Minimum Qualifications
- Atleast 3 years experience of agile product management

Preferred qualifications
- Proven track record in a similar role in a transaction intensive and big data business.
- Previous experience as a payments/risk/fraud technical product manager, or internal function, at an e-commerce retailer is a plus
- A passionate approach in general, and specifically about how to connect the merchant?s challenges with the value Klarna brings
