Product Manager – Region Europe/International

You will be a colleague in one of the Region Europe Product Management teams
We are responsible for Product Management within Region Europe and Region International.
Our function supports the different market areas, dealers, and other stakeholders with product expertise to help moving our business forward and we are also responsible for collecting, evaluate, analyze, and feed customer requirements to global functions and development projects.

Role & Challenge description
In the Product Manager will you be responsible for Product support towards some of our sales markets. Markets to be defined during the hiring process.


In the role you will be responsible for assuring that our dealers have sufficient product competence to make our sales successful and achieve customer satisfaction. You will suggest and drive activities that help us meet our strategical targets.
In the role you will also help us gather product and market intelligence knowledge that helps us develop our product further and meet today's customer needs as well as future needs.


In this role there are plenty of activities going on and therefore you need skills driving activities on your own as well as in teams in a structured manner. Feeling comfortable speaking in front of big groups is important since performing trainings for our dealers is one of the key activities.
We want you to have a passion for our products, a good commercial understanding, a customer-oriented mindset and feel comfortable represent the company in front of customers.


You will work in close cooperation with our dealers and in collaboration with colleagues in the market areas as well as with your functional colleagues in the region and other VCE functions/ networks. We expect that you want to explore new ways of working, drive continuously improvements and open for new technologies and tools.


We are selling innovative and sustainable solution that are challenging today´s industry standards and customer paradigms. This will require a good understanding of customer´s processes and applications and change management abilities to be able to challenge those. You will have a role that helps all of us with this transformation challenge.

Other criteria for the role:
University degree or appropriate academic qualification
Experience from construction machine industry
Willingness to travel
