Academic Work is on behalf of our client Atlas Copco looking for a Product Manager to our Global Aerospace Team. We are working with the most exciting products in the world and as Product Manager, you will have a large responsibility taking care of our great portfolio consisting of Assembly tools for the Aerospace segment.

This recruitment process is conducted by Academic Work and the request from Atlas Copco is that all questions regarding the position is handled by Academic Work.
Academic Work is responsible for the recruitment process but the candidate that proceeds will be employed directly by Atlas Copco.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
You will be part of our global Aerospace Team working with mostly international customers. It will be your job to expand, upgrade and develop our portfolio. Your focus will be to develop todays and future aerospace specific assembly needs. In this position you will not only be part in developing new products and keep yourself updated within the area, you will also create marketing and educational material in order to support sales globally.

This central role, with a wide network and the chance to travel worldwide on a frequent basis, will give you great development opportunities. As Product Manager within Aerospace, you will collaborate with your Product Manager-colleagues, local sales teams and with Key Account Managers.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering alternatively in Business or similar.

As part of a global team, you of course need to have excellent English skills.
Language skills in French and/or German will be to your advantage, since they are today the biggest markets within the field.

To succeed in this segment, you need to be a communicative, flexible and a persistent team player full of energy. You always have the will to perform 110% and find it easy making contacts with people from different parts of the world.

Furthermore you are accurate and good at understanding and analyzing customer needs, which means that you have a business mindset and the ability to analyze future needs and trends within your business area. You have a strong drive and the ability to motivate and inspire your coworkers in varying functions globally and are a creative problem-solver.

We are looking for someone with a great passion for Aerospace and considers this opportunity as more than “just” a job. You understand the assembly process for Aerospace and you have a couple of years’ experience within the Aerospace Industry.

Experience from industrial marketing or sales is a merit and/or R&D knowledge.
