PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER, GLASS SYSTEMS

You are responsible for the success of your product portfolio in Glass Systems and you are the expert in your field. In depth knowledge of competition and customer needs is crucial and translated into sales opportunities by suggesting product modification and new products. You act as the voice of the customer to the rest of the product team and company. Together with the Regional Sales and Marketing team in Scanbalt, you develop plans for market launch. On each local market you manage product lifecycle (launch, growth and phase-out). You generate sales tools, configurators, competitive arguments and promote USPs. The Regional Sales Teams are supported in their daily work with product know how, competitor bench marking and sales argumentation.

In this role you are also responsible for product quality reporting according to Quality processes and also technical content and texts in all documentation including databases and e-shops. Possible location for the position is Gothenburg, Stockholm, Oslo or Copenhagen.

- Sales concept for direct and indirect customers
- Training of Sales & Service in selling the products
- Technical expertise for the products

To succeed in this position you need to have at least 5 years of working experience in building systems and/or glass and door systems. Your colleagues and customers call you the expert and are impressed by how you communicate the benefits of company products. You are a strategist and can also create killer tools and content that enable the sales teams to scale the company?s messages and value to prospects and existing customers. You love to work in an entrepreneurial surrounding and you are result-orientated and self-driven. You have a degree in Engineering (or equivalent), your language skills in English are excellent and of course you?re a frequent user of PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
