We are offering an exciting opportunity as a Product Order Manager (POM) at our Gothenburg HQ. When working with us you can expect to work with great colleagues in a rapidly expanding fashion company, where every day brings unique challenges and possibilities.

The POM is responsible to handle our purchase order management process of all categories towards our suppliers. You are working together with a team to establish efficient processes from order to delivery from different locations, both internal as external partners. You work closely with the Sourcing & Production Manager and the Merchandising team to understand the priorities of the product flows and establish a strong delivery accuracy.

You will be a superuser in our ERP and other related systems to guide the team and drive improvement.
You will have to work with our Drop Of The Week (DOTW) schedule and re-order process to enable healthy stock control with a fast turnaround.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the team with weekly and seasonal targets
• Be responsible for the process of approving orders and invoices for production
• Maintain a strong relationship with our supplier to understand and develop the order and delivery process.
• Work closely with other functions of the Supply Chain and Product to develop the processes.
• Ensure supplier performance and record deviations on agreed service levels and KPI’s and when applicable charge penalties.
• Plan production leads time with suppliers and inform about delivery schedule, both internally and externally.
• Liaising with the logistics/distribution team to ensure that transportation is well planned
• Work closely with the merchandisers to understand product demand, re-orders, and delivery of earlier placed orders.
• Make sure that all product data is correct within all our systems
• Provide regular shipping updates by market/season/drops and highlight any issues arising from our shipping performance.
• Plan production to secure materials and packaging are available on time.
• Follow up on factories performance through KPI and penalties when applicable
• Liaise with the quality team to validate inspection prior to shipments


Requirements

• Bachelors or graduate degree in the relevant subject matter.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in production management/supply chain/buying
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail-oriented and meticulous.
• Product management skills and comfort handling pressured deadlines
• Can work well under pressure
• Experienced in purchasing modules in ERP, or integrated purchase order systems
• Advanced in Microsoft Excel
• High analytical skills
• Willingness to travel
• Fluent in English, written and speech
