The Automation platform team is responsible for products (hardware, software, functions and applications etc.) within the area of automation. 

With us you will work in an inspiring, collaborative environment using latest technology in complex and demanding applications. Your nearest team consist of you and the Product Portfolio Manager, who you also report to. 

Your mission 
Your mission as Product Owner is, in close collaboration with team managers from the application teams, to plan and develop products supporting the different Epiroc machine applications. You will be responsible for the planning and coordinate new functionality to further develop our product using latest technology. To enable this, you gather requirements from our stakeholders (divisions), market intelligence and product roadmaps. 

Your work with the platform will enable the machine application teams, in easier and more effective ways, to keep automating our machines. This creates a safer and more sustainable mining industry.

This is the second role in the Automation Platform team, and you will be a big part of shaping this and future roles in the team!

Your profile 
You probably hold a bachelor or Master of Science in electronic or software engineering or similar. The interest in technique; hardware, software, or both is of biggest value to be able to learn, contribute and develop with us. Your experience lays within the area of automation or product development within new technology. 

To be successful as a Product Owner you like to communicate with many different stakeholders, are organized to keep track of all the products and at the same time have a business mindset to sell in the products. 

Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Occasional travel is required
