About This Opportunity
The Inbound area within Logistics, more specifically material planning process, is facing exciting times and intensively investigating the possibilities to increase the process synergies among the brands within TRATON group. We are looking for a Product owner to join this journey.
The IT solution is still under Discovery phase so it is expected from you to support the Inbound team from the beginning of scoping and shaping the tool according to the business requirements. This will require a very tight collaboration with business experts of each brand, as well, IT experts.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into product requirements.
• Lead the development and maintenance of the product backlog, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Work closely with development teams, providing clear direction and prioritizing features for delivery.
• Leverage your knowledge of Logistics and IT to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
• Stay informed about low-code platforms and assess their potential application in project delivery.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of project goals.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of products, making data-driven decisions for enhancements.
Your Profile
As a Product Owner you will have the chance to innovate, create new ways of working, break down old paradigms and work with an international and agile environment that includes all the TRATON brands. You will also have the opportunity to understand in depth the dynamic way of working within Logistics.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics and/or IT related areas
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably in Logistics and IT projects.
• Background as Project manager is a strong merit
• Familiarity with low-code platforms and their applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
