Care by Volvo is a new business program within Volvo Car Group introducing a new subscription offer in the market combining cars, financing, insurance, traditional services e.g. maintenance but also new convenience services such as pick-up and delivery and other connectivity services.

This new business model requires a comprehensive cross-functional approach in defining the new Care by Volvo product and operating model. The Enterprise Digital organization requires a stable Digital Core with end-to-end process solutions supporting Volvo Car Group and the Care by Volvo business model. Seamless, scalable solutions are needed for growing volumes integrating business information in mega processes including different line of businesses (marketing, retail, customer service, finance and digital).

What you’ll do

As a Product Owner you will you will be working closely together with the agile teams and other stakeholders in the Care by Volvo organization in order to maximize the value for our customers. The Product Owner is responsible for the day to day Product management and will work in an agile environment to ensure continuous delivery for our customers. The main purpose of this role is to ensure alignment of a shared product vision, create user stories, maintain the backlog and maximize the value of the product.

You will work within our Enterprise Digital organization and report to the Product Lead for Care by Volvo ERP/Finance Backbone. The product suite is built on ERP and Finance backbone applications (Miles and SAP S4HANA) and is included in the global digital architecture with customer facing, business and back-end solutions for Care by Volvo.

The job can be located at HQ in Gothenburg or Stockholm (requires travelling depending on the candidates preference.

Do you fit the profile?

We believe you have a University degree in Technology Science or Business Administration as well as experience from recent leadership. As a Product Owner You are a leader with a strong end-to-end business process knowledge. You have a passion for operational excellence with support from digital best-practise ERP solutions.

Ideally you have experience from working as a Product Owner for digital solutions built on ERP platforms. It is also meriting if you have experience as Solution Architect or Business Analyst in complete Digital solution lifecycle from solution implementation to maintenance. Subscription and finance process knowledge, and agile product oriented work experience is considered as a merit.

Fluency in English, both speaking and writing is a must.
