Product Specialist in PCR technology
We are now looking for another team member to our amazing team of consultants for an assignment that is based in Solna, Stockholm.

Dfind Science & Engineering is a part of Randstad Group and you will be a part of our team of consultants within Life Science. With us you will be able to broaden your professional network through various consultant assignments that will be performed at the client sites and monthly meetups with your colleagues. The meetups will be held as afterworks or seminars and workshops. You will also be supported by a consultant manager in your work and your career development.

For this position we are looking for a scientist with demonstrated skills in PCR technology to perform gene test analyses for a more accurate diagnosis of cancer patients. The work is performed according to GLP and some GMP-work may be involved. It is important that you understand the technical aspects of the method and analyses and being able to work independently with great accuracy in the lab is crucial for this role since analyses will involve patient samples. The product specialist will be working closely with and reporting to the QC lab manager.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position you need to have a science background within ie molecular biology, biology or similar, preferably a PhD, and prior hands-on laboratory experience using PCR. Fluency in English is a requirement as well as excellent communication skills. We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical person that in the longer run will be able to take on more responsibilities. Job type: Full time, start in middle of May or June, possible extension after 6 months.
