Product Specialist, Service Agreement, Parts and Services division (PSD)

Are you interested in becoming part of the Global Product Marketing team to continue developing our Service agreements and expanding business? We are looking for a person to work with our global product managers, this position will focus on continue developing our service agreement portfolio and support customer centers in growing their service agreement business and fleet covered by service agreement.

If you have customer center experience from working with service agreements and are a driven person that likes to take ownership and drive activities both on your own and with colleagues than this is a job for you. This position will be perfect for someone that want to take the next step into the strategic marketing area and become either a specialist or have the possibility to grow towards product manager roles in the future.

You will be working in the Parts & Services division (PSD) based in Örebro, Sweden.

Your mission
The position will include a variety of tasks such as supporting customer centers with our service agreement products and portfolio. Assist developing go-to -market strategies and setup of material and follow-up on the field results to sustain product portfolio performance and profitability.
Work with locating customer center success stories and locate local ideas as part of the Project 50 aiming at 50% service agreement share by 2030.

Your profile
You are a candidate with a can-do attitude, can create and drive innovative activities proactively in a structured way. You are a team player and have great communication skills and enjoy building network with your peers.

You will be a good candidate for this role if you have customer center experience and service agreement knowledge, in the role as a sales manager or as a PSD national product manager, product specialist or sales representative.

You have a degree on university level in business or engineering or other relevant background and experience is required. Good command of English along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

You have proven track record and relevant experience from Epiroc.

Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Occasional travel is required.
