Product support Area Manager in Bangkok Thailand

Konecranes Lifttrucks AB are currently seeking a Product Support Area Manager in Bangkok Thailand Would you like a challenge and working abroad, this is the job for you.To be successful in this role you should be able to support sales of new equipment, through the helpdesk or on site to provide customers technical support.Monitor and advise on the installation and commission.Training and development of the customer and dealers engineers.Monitor and advise on warranties.Able to handle warranties through on-line system and the factory to decide and follow up the guarantees.You should also report to the factory regarding problems and findings.Maintain and develop customer relations.Visit customers on a regular basis in cooperation with dealers.Offer upgrade or modification to adapt and improve the utilization of our product.Give advice on spare parts, components provides warehousing and Service survey approach.Provide advice and support as part of service agreements with customers.The position is based in our existing office in Bangkok Thailand.Qualifications Mechanical engineer (Service technician ) Practical experience in field service 3-5 years.Experiance from Lift Trucks or similar type of equipment.Fluent in English and Swedish.Good communication skills.Sales support.Management Skills.Welcome with your application no later then 19 december Contact Want more information?Contact Göran Pehrsson Konecranes Lifttrucks AB Applications Please submit your application by clicking on the link below "Ansökan"
