Now you have the opportunity to join a team that provide electrical motors for sustainable transportation. We develop, manufacture and sell motors with focus on rail applications and the e-mobility segment. This position will provide you with many opportunities and interesting challenges on both local and global level.
As our new Production Manager, you will lead our production team, with full accountability of running the day-to-day operations. This to ensure that all products are manufactured in a safe way, with the right quality and on time to our global customers. In this role you will get the opportunity to continuously develop your leadership skills in the pursuit of reaching our strategic goal.
The position is located in Västerås, Sweden.
Your responsibilities
You will be fully responsible for the production team, have delivery and budget responsibility.
You will be a part of the Traction & E-Mobility motors management team in Västerås.
The main task in this role will be to lead the co-workers towards common goals and ensure that we constantly improve our internal processes and tools.
You will optimize our production processes to achieve the best possible productivity and efficiency and implementing modern methods and tools related to production management.

Your background
At least 5 years of experience from a managerial position within production or similar.
Knowledge and experience in Lean production.
Self-driven person with demonstrated leadership capabilities, a collaborative, solution-focused approach, and excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Willingness to develop people and businesses, a strong result focus and the ability to coach, inspire and engage other people.
Fluency in both Swedish and English is required, written and spoken alike.
