Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

Personnel planning and deployment scheduling in cooperation with the Production Manager (vacation, temporary workers, overtime work).You will be responsible for a team of 80-120 person.

Makes certain that factory regulations are observed

Arranges discussions for the staff of his assembly line on a regular basis

Makes certain, in cooperation with the Production Manager, that all obligations concerning industrial law are followed

Plans and carries out job rotation

Training of staff according to training schedules

Monitors quality

Participates in Team Leader meetings and QS circles (quality control)

Responsible that safety regulations are observed in his section

HSEE :

Follow all Health & Safety and Environmental requirements that are defined on work instructions or communicated in training

Follow required emergency prevention and operational controls

Report all accidents, occupational illnesses and emergencies



Quality:

Apply, execute and maintain function related BOS issues

In addition to the above mentioned tasks other activities and responsibilities may be individually defined



Skills and Capabilities

• Apprenticeship in specialized area
• 2 years of work experience in seat production
• EDP skills
• Basic knowledge in industrial relations law
