Production Planner

The Sourcing & Supply Team is central in our efforts to meet customer requirements from a time to market, capacity and cost perspective. The team is characterized by a very high level of professional competence and experience as well as an open and innovative work environment.

We are looking for an additional Production Planner in Malmoe.

The Role

In this position you will manage the overall supply chain scope, from demand forecasting to goods delivery for appointed products. You will be in control of what is in the pipe and thus be able to respond and meet increases or consequences of decreases for the appointed products.

Furthermore you will make sure that we have limited stock, based on the current demand. You will need to maintain accurate master data and deliver in line with set KPIs.

For the appointed products you will establish production plans, create forecast to suppliers and create purchase orders to cover the requests. Furthermore you will create sample and volume planning and execution. Finally you will follow up and push on deliveries with the supplier and be the main interface regarding supply chain questions for the appointed products.

You will report to the Senior Manager for Supply Chain and the work location is Malmoe.

Your Background
Your preferred background is that you have worked in a similar position at least 3 years. You most likely have an education within Sourcing & Supply Chain Management, preferably within electronics or other high volume business. You possess a strong knowledge in relevant supply area (cost control, production planning, communication and supplier management). You are also familiar with working in an ERP system, preferably Microsoft NAV.

You have an awareness of this market and have an international experience.

You are fluent in English, both written and verbally.

You are a person that is organized and structured and have attention to details. You assess strong analytical and strategic thinking.

You demonstrate a high level of drive to actively and independent manage your tasks. So you work in an efficient and effective way and get things done.

You are a person that has a collaborative and flexible style. You are communicative and proactively share information in a timely manner.

Furthermore you display strong qualities of ownership and commitment.
