Production team leader at Lenson

Lenson is an optical e-com, selling lenses, glasses and sunglasses online.
We are looking for a new team leader to our production team in our warehouse in Stadshagen, Stockholm.

The position
As a team leader in our Production team, you schedule and plan the daily operations, you lead the team and participate in the daily production, including picking and packing of customer orders.
You lead, coach and motivate the team and set and follow up targets.
Start date: As soon as possible.

Qualifications, who are you?
We think that you are a positive and enthusiastic person who has the drive to set and deliver on targets. You are a committed team player who is eager to join a fun group of young engaged people in a casual environment. Previous team leader experience is an advantage.

The work includes

Setting work schedules
Planning daily operations and lead team meetings
Setting daily order targets
Managing goods in
Managing customer order fulfillment
Producing necessary transport and customs documents
Administrative work in warehouse management systems
Documentation of work procedures
