What You Will Do
The Team Manager is responsible for managing and motivating production personnel to deliver the highest standard of execution in the daily operation. You are also responsible for continuous improvements and mid- / long-term development in your area. You have approximately 25 direct reportees working shifts in an automated / semi-automated production environment. There is a close and effective cooperation and sharing among the members of the business unit leadership team that you will be an important part of. Together with your peers, standards are defined and implemented that enable a continuous improvement towards world-class manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise your production team to meet production goals to support internal and external customer expectations for quality, delivery, and
Establish a work-environment that embrace ownership and accountability by providing the leadership needed to flawlessly deliver expected business results with our consumers, customers, and stakeholders in
Develop direct reportees thru feedback, coaching, and structured performance
Foster a safety culture and a quality mindset within the team. Establish a preventive and proactive approach to ensure overall compliance in EHS&S and
Capacity management to meet requirements based on business needs. Provide timely and clear communication to operations and identify potential manufacturing risks and
Periodically review the production performance. Initiate and lead continuous improvements through daily operations and improvement
Represent business owners’ interest in investment and new product introduction projects.

What We Are Looking For
Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field, with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in operations /
More than 3 years’ experience in a leadership
Excellent interpersonal and communication
Good understanding of technical terms and ability to effectively provide information to support functions and
Strong problem-solving and decision-making
Proficiency in oral and written communication in Swedish and
Professional skills in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Sharepoint

Desired
Previous experience with six sigma / process excellence
Experience of working in a regulated environment
