WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We are growing and are recruiting one more manager in the Production Test Group.

All Axis’ products pass through our extensive production test systems to make sure that the customers receive a product in line with our high quality standards. These high performing production tests are developed by the Production Test Group, which you will lead, working tight together with the other manager.

Your responsibilities will include to:

Perform resource planning and allocation of production test engineers in the product development projects as well as provide guidance and support to team members Drive, develop and manage individuals and team by setting and achieving challenging goals in line with Axis overall goals Continuously develop the production test functional competence Initiate and drive improvement activities and projects, e.g. new routines, test tools and equipment within the production test area Specifically focus on shorten test times for high volume products Review and improve our test strategy
To maintain and develop cooperation and communication with other departments within Axis is key to succeed in this role.
There will be some travelling days in this role.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You have a technical university degree within electronics science, computer science, mechatronic or similar and you have also excellent management skills. You have a good knowledge of technical product development and also of software development preferably in the area of some test executive like TestStand or equal. Any knowledge in electronics production is a plus and your English is fluent.

You also have the following experience:

Deep experience from production test development Experience from working in an international company Experience from high volume production Experience of embedded software development and understanding of debugging, verification and software development methods
